May Recap

It's been a fun month on the blog! The majority of my reviews were for books I really enjoyed. I celebrated my love of Audrey Hepburn with the lovely Hannah. A Court of Thorns and Roses came out (and I got see Sarah J. Maas in person again!). My youngest cousin graduated from college and even though I couldn't be there (I got an eye infection which was the worst timing ever), I am just so, so proud. And lastly, this past week has been a busy one. Despite not attending BEA (sad face), I did see friends and attended a bunch of ongoing events. So expect my non-BEA recap next week!

Anyway, here's what May has been like on the blog:

  1. Oh no. :( I'm sorry about your eye infection, that sounds so painful and at the worst timing, ugh. It's great that your cousin graduated though. :) And that you still saw friends and went to events! That's fun.

I read Making Pretty last month and I liked it so so so much. It's definitely a favorite of the year. I still really want to read The Wrong Side of Right, so I'm glad you loved it. :) I've heard that a lot lately.

Have I ever mentioned I love the way you show your past posts on here? It's so nice and neat.

  2. It looks like you had a wonderful reading month full of awesome books! I've been hearing great things about The Wrong Side of Right and seeing it here on your Loved category has convinced me to pick it up as soon as possible.

    Have a great June, Chelly!

  3. Boo eye infection! But yay for the fact that we actually got to hang out a lot this month. Here's to hoping June is amazing (and there's no doubt it will be!).
