June Recap

June was fun month on the blog! Aside from reading and reviewing some good books (spoiler alert: To All The Boys I've Loved Before was my fave!), I co-hosted a Filipino Literature Appreciation week with Alexa which we had been talking about for a couple months now. We reached out to authors, bloggers and talked about our childhoods. I'm so glad we did it and who knows, maybe we'll do it again next year! I also debuted a new feature (which you should obviously check out). I just felt really creative this month. Hopefully it continues!

  2. I plan to read To All the Boys I've Loved Before this summer. I might read What I Thought Was True but the mixed reviews haven't really convinced me yet.

Also, I really liked Split Second.

Here's to a more awesome July!

  3. I think hosting that event was one of the best decisions we've ever made! It was really cool to be able to share thoughts on our culture + literature, honestly. (And I loved To All the Boys I've Loved Before too, as you know!).
