RACHEL • "Water Prayer Rasta Mix (Matt the Alien Remix)" by Adham Shaikh 
This is totally different from any other song I've picked to feature on this playlist. So it might be kind of surprising. On the other hand, if you follow me on Twitter then you know I'm totally obsessed with Orphan Black. Like OBSESSED. I flew through both seasons in a little over a week (and have already rewatched multiple episodes) and this song, "Water Prayer Rasta Mix" was playing during the season 2 finale during one of my favorite scenes. I see these characters on TV (or even in books) having these little dance parties by themselves or with friends and I don't think I've ever done that. This song makes me want to change that!



CARINA • "I Want What You Have" by Willamette Stone (If I Stay Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)
Forgive me, but my next couple of song picks (starting with this one) will be from the If I Stay Soundtrack. Not only did I enjoy the book (thanks, Rachel) and movie but I really loved the soundtrack. I didn't realize how good a fictional band could sound. Reminds me of the pop/punk songs I used to love and listen to. And the lead singer/love interest - Jamie Blackley - has an amazing voice.     I'm very, very biased when I say this: I LOVED WILLAMETTE STONE. If I Stay was so good, and the soundtrack PERFECT. So thrilled you picked this song, Carina, as I really like singing along to it!
