RACHEL • "Keep Your Head Up" by Cults
I'm a big fan of the Cults and I didn't even know they had a new album coming out! Some fan right? But as soon as I found out, I listened the whole thing and I was not disappointed. The song I keep playing the most though is "Keep Your Head Up". It starts off kind of slow and mellow and then suddenly the chorus picks up loud and clear with this line -- gotta pick your head up. And l swear, I sat up straighter the moment she sang it. As cheesy as it may sound, it felt like she saying it to me. It's a song about trying to be optimistic which is exactly what I need right now.



CARINA • "I Like To Go To The Barn Because I Like The" by Band of Horses
I had this song on repeat a few weeks ago, stopped playing it and decided to listen to it again. And again, it's on repeat. I love the opening line and the imagery this song creates. It makes me feel sad, sentimental and like I'm falling in love all at the same time.
