Links + Loves

Here are some non-bookish articles I really liked this past month and my latest loves.

Links
1 / It would feel remiss to share a group of links and not include one about Ukraine. I recently donated to UNHCR but CBS has put together a list of organizations raising money if you'd also like to donate.

2 / I've restarted the townhouse/condo hunt and while it's still discouraging and I feel clueless about it all, I have a great real estate agent. But according to Apartment Therapy, there's someone else who should be my best friend throughout the homebuying process.

3 / My bedroom is need of a makeover again (two pieces of very old furniture are falling apart) but I love this collection of nightstands that The Everygirl put together. It's giving me ideas!

4 / Be My Travel Muse listed 21 of the best places (in the US) to visit in March. I've decided that this will be the year I travel again and while I have a couple ideas in mind, I love seeing lists like this for inspiration.

5 / I recently read Chris Perez's book To Selena, With Love and then rewatched the J.Lo Selena movie soon after. So it was fitting to find this on Buzzfeed: "Here's What The Cast Of "Selena" Looked Like Then Vs. What They Look Like Now." It's been 25 years since the movie came out!

6 / I truly enjoy reading the personal anecdotes on Cup of Jo and this one, "Is This the Most Beautiful Love Story?" is worth a read.

7 / I'm still obsessively playing Wordle every morning before I get out of bed (it's a ritual now!) and unsurprisingly, lots of similar games have popped up capitalizing on the concept. The latest one is Heardle, which "like wordle but for music."

Loves

1 /
I've been influenced once again but I'm very happy I was! Many of the influencers I follow talk about how they use liners and/or storage pillows to maintain their bags and I caved in and bought two organizers from Samorga, which is the most popular. It's pricey but once they arrived, I totally got it (and ordered more)! They have a ton of options and you can choose how thick you want the organizer to be. I got the thinner ones since in my case, I'm using them more as a liner.

2 / I'm obsessed with the Milton Menasco (their Instagram and their shop!). It has the cutest merchandise for horse lovers but they also include vintage pieces that they find. When they posted this vintage horse ash tray on stories, I immediately went to the site to purchase.

3 / As part of my BFF's birthday present, I got her this succulent in an elephant planter from UrbanStems. It was so cute that I ended up ordering one for myself and I love it.
