Table for Two #28: Wowfulls

For this month's Table for Two, I'll be chatting about Wowfulls and Alexa is featuring FryGuys.

Where  |  Wowfulls, 309 E Houston St, New York, NY 10002
Cuisine  |  Ice cream
Price  |  $$ Moderate

What we ordered
  • Original waffles for us both
  • Thai tea ice cream, mochi, fruity pebbles and condensed milk drizzle
  • Crazy vanilla ice cream, oreos, graham crackers and condense milk drizzle

What we thought
Wowfulls has been on my list for a while so I was excited to finally check it out! The store itself is quite small but cozy and colorful. Luckily we got seats but I imagine most have to take their treats on the go. They have three types of waffles – original, red velvet and chocolate. I was very tempted to get red velvet but we decided to try the original first. I got Thai tea ice cream, which I can never resist if it's available along with my usual toppings, and Alexa got the crazy vanilla which is totally her aesthetic (blue!). We were both surprised by how light the waffles were. We've tried this style dessert before but at a different spot and it's easy for this waffle-ice cream combo to be super-filling and sweet but Wowfulls was just right.
