I read 99 Days by Katie Cotugno a few weekends ago and as I gave it five stars, I realized I've only given 3 other books that same rating this year. I wanted to feature these books for today's BookBags because you really should put them on your TBR if you haven't already.

(1) 99 Days + Marc Jacobs Luna Colorblocked

I've been a huge fan of Katie Cotugno's since I first read How To Love. Her writing is just amazing and thought-provoking as she continues to explore messy, real situations in 99 Days. The blue and white simplicity of its cover stood out to me and that's what I was looking for in a bag. When I saw the Luna Colorblocked crossbody, I knew it was a match. 

(2) I'll Meet You There + Chanel Red Yellow Blue Flap Bag 

Heather Demetrios is kind of a rockstar. She's released three books since last year (all great!) but I'll Meet You There is my favorite so far. The colors on the cover are really vibrant and distinct so it wasn't as easy to find something to pair it with. But when I saw this Chanel bag, I couldn't resist choosing it. I mean, it's Chanel! 

(3) Girl Before a Mirror + Kate Spade Flowerpot Crossbody 

Girl Before A Mirror is an empowering book about femininity, not apologizing for who you are and going after what you want. It made such an impression on me when I read it and I think it'll be a favorite for a very long time. Whenever I do this posts, I always go to Kate Spade first (can't help it!) and this flowerpot bag is SO adorable. It made me happy to see that it matched the cover because it's just fun and different.
