I was in Dallas last week for work and when my cousin picked me up from the airport, we listened to music the whole drive home. When we were a couple miles away from my apartment, I put on this song which is my favorite track off of 311's latest album, Stereolithic. The combination of being happy to be home, the semi-warm weather and just driving with the windows down made listening to this song better than usual. I've always loved that Bruno Mars song! This is a pretty amazing cover. And Friday Afternoon does seem like a warm weather, driving type of song!
