My YA Life in Book Titles

When I saw Jamie's Friday Fun: My YA Life in Book Titles this morning, it sounded like so much fun! I knew I wanted to participate. I just didn't realize it would take me hours to fill this out! Let me tell you, it is not a simple as it looks. But it was worth it. It was fun to reflect, look through my Goodreads list and find some honest (and some silly) answers.

You thought your life was: Something Like Normal
How would you sum up your high school love life: My Life Next Door (I had a crush on my neighbor)

Describe you and your best friend at 16: Kindred Spirits

Your relationship with academics: Easy (Not to sound snotty haha because I did study and work hard but the majority of my classes weren't that challenging)

How you thought your life would be at 30: Golden

Describe your love life now: Cursed (Just kidding! Sorta.)

What would some of your answers be?

  1. This is so cute! I love all the titles you picked out for yourself. Aww, for the crush on your neighbor. Lol, I totally battled it out w/my mom as a teen, too. Lol, Lock & Key!!! Asian parents!!!! And OMG! I went to an all-girls school too! And I can't swim! I love this!

    Confessions of a Vi3tBabe
    Deity Island

  2. This is adorable! I want to do it too, if only I had the time. I might save it for future reference if I do. Love that you were able to find titles that described your life so accurately! ALSO. I totally understand about Asian parents because SERIOUSLY, that's a parenting style all its own!

with love,
