another busy, fun-filled weekend

I didn't realize how busy my weekend was going to be until Friday really. Some plans fell through but it worked out because it gave me some down time. So I could: wander around the library, read another book, and watch movies on Netflix (Immortals - surprisingly enjoyed; My Week with Marilyn - not so much).  As for the rest of my weekend ... 

(1) To celebrate my grandmother's birthday, the whole family went out for dim sum on Saturday.

(2) One side of our table - Jay, Benaiah, Kuya Beau & John

(3) The other side - Kuya EJ, RJ, Ate Jannique & me (someone is always making a funny face!)
(4) I met up with Susan on Sunday for lunch at The Original Pancake House.
We ended up staying there for three hours!

(5) I went to Target with my cousin to do some back-to-school shopping for my nephews.
Naturally, I started seeing a bunch of notebooks and pens I wanted instead.  I miss this stuff!
(6) My cousins' band, Disposable, played their latest (and biggest) show of the
summer at Canvas Clash for the Ska Fiesta.  They were awesome!
