BooktoberFest Recap

If you follow me on Instagram, then you know that for the last month I've been participating in Jenny Bravo's (of Blots & Plots) #BooktoberFest Challenge! It's officially over and I can't help feeling proud of myself because this is the first and only time I've completed a challenge by posting every single day. It was a lot of fun trying to come up with creative photos and showcasing all the books I love. I wanted to do a recap of my top 10 photos (aka the ones with the most likes!).

book illustration of Anne & Gilbert | Vivian Apple + coffee | rainbow of books
UK copy of Me Before You | Heir of Fire + my fish Rowan | Hardcovers
Pile of books | Tiger Lily book dedication | Book cube aka Harry Potter set

And my #1 most liked photo...
my new bookcase!

What are some of your favorite #bookstagram accounts and photos?
Did you do #BooktoberFest too?
I'd love to know!

  1. I'm so glad you roped me into participating in this #BooktoberFest Instagram challenge! It was really fun to try and be as creative as possible with my photos, and I'm so glad I was able to post every day as well. Love the photos you've shared, and I think my favorite of your set is the one of the book rainbow!

  2. I'm so proud of you (and Alexa!) for completing the challenge! You guys brought it to my attention and I was able to join in for the first half of the month or so.. I ended up house-sitting for about 5 days (away from all my books!) and didn't think to take a few pics ahead of time, so I failed. haha. Challenges are so fun but I'm bad at keeping up with them!
