I feel like a lot of contemporary romances end up having slightly abrupt endings--I've started thinking of it as "The Hallmark Movie Problem" because that's the same thing that happens with those made-for-TV Hallmark movies where everything wraps up in the last five minutes. The ending is still good and mostly satisfying but it could have been so much better with a little extra time. Alas.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
